There is no place on this overpopulated trashed Planet for greed, gross excess, saturation advertising, worshiping ourselves, winning at everything, conquering everything, exploiting everything, consuming everything, blindly experimenting on everything, re-arranging everything and synthetically polluting everything anymore; because we are destroying the future of this civilization with that got it wrong material driven activity we are calling progress. This doomsday conclusion, means it is time to start thinking and functioning for the whole as Nations & Individuals and not the self-gratuitous deluded part as Nations & Individuals, if we want a future for this global Civilization.

Therefore over the top saturated advertising and the proliferation of consumer goods and their toxic polluting polystyrene & plastic packaging, littered around the World in plague proportions on the land in the oceans and in the food chain.

All you are doing is taking what little money they have and creating yet another consumer outlet for your synthetic polluting products and mega profits. They are not ready and do not need Western Culture and its gross excesses, greed and got it wrong commercial T.V. & Glossy Magazine saturated self-gratuitous superficial values – not ever.
Note: Or the exploitation of their cheap labour by manufacturing your goods in their Nations and then selling them back to already so-called developed Nations. Whose own established industries, workforce, culture and way of life, you are destroying to make obscene profits from exploited labour in politically corrupt poor Nations. A global economy that in its present out of control power & greed driven configuration, is unsustainable and will lead to a Global War over diminishing resources down the track of time…as well as a synthetic polluted dying Planet to go with it. A global resources war that will make the existing Media saturated endless conflict, revolution, anarchy, chaos, corruption and genocide, abetted by arms manufacturers and irresponsible so-called civilized Nations making huge profits out of it, pale into insignificance. A constant Third World yet First World financed chaos, that has caused mass exodus of people from the land to overcrowded Cities and Towns and other Nations.
Fact: Those overcrowded cities are where plagues are born…and will be borne globally. It is time for the U.N. and so-called civilized affluent Nations functioning under International Law, to do something about it while there is time. Arid Nations require the development of natural water catchments for their infrequent rains…not gargantuan ecology destroying dams in huge rivers. They need a people’s bank, answerable to International Law and devoid of political corruption and clever entrepreneurial opportunists inside and outside of Government. They need seeds, wells, domestic animals, implements, agricultural tools and other appropriate machinery, along with dignified help, advice and technical, medical, farming and infrastructure know how when asked for.
Clarification: Therefore affluent Nations should not dictate and impose their rules of progress on them, that contain no spiritual foundation…only material consumer foundation underwritten by big bucks & greed. Be firm, unambiguous and direct with them yes, but always meet them on their level and respect its culture and those customs that are supportive of life and nature…but not those that do not, as in bloodsports and the degradation of life. That spiritual maturity, is called respecting human dignity and observing that respect is born of respect in the Real System that underwrites life & its evolution…and not through instilling fear, intimidation and bumping people off. Note the Machiavellian politics of criminally corrupt Russia, that is merely repeating the dead-end megalomania mistakes of its Stalinist past, in its new ‘do it or else’ version of how to run and control a Nation and its People and re-claim its lost macho Super Power status in the World.
Why is it necessary to meet undeveloped Nations on their level? Because all culture’s are at different levels of spiritual development within evolution, levels that are no lesser or greater than polluted industrialized high tech so-called developed Nations…merely different. Not being allocated for the good of the collective within a Nation.

Example: Free Swiss & other Offshore Bank Accounts for bent Politicians & Government Officials in corrupt ridden Nations receiving World Bank & IMF Money, supposedly to be used to bail their Nations Economies out of recession & poverty. Boot camp wake up call on this Nation destroying subject of systemic and endemic corruption: Comprehend it is the ordinary people that need the help, not those currently Governing them for their own hip pocket and self-interest. This big business inspired entrepreneurial corruption, has no place in Nations in this century. Those that Govern and administrate must function through the self-referral Laws of Nature with their consciousness if that Nation and its people want a future.

Therefore, what poor Nations do not need under any circumstance are the following Big Business & Government supplied items…guns, bullets, second hand tanks, second hand helicopter gunships, second hand war ships, second hand warplanes, second hand guided missiles, mines, artillery shells, polluting chemicals, T. Rex bombs or their dormant equivalent i.e. Nuclear Reactors and their toxic waste. According to Alf’s tea leaves, it is time to address this doomsday pollution problem out or it will sort everyone out in the 21st Century.

holiday decorating- if youre thandy with decorations, arrange some setups and take photos. start a website promiting your holiday service to commercial and residential customers or makeappointments to show them your photo protfolio
move in service- if youve ever moved you know how tough it is to m ove in and clean u up ain just a couple of days. you can start a business offering to do the cleaning before folks move in see if you can tie in with a couple of moving companies

Here’s the situation. My boyfriend and I aren’t married yet, but we are looking for houses together very soon. After doing some loan calculators online, we finally went to a mortgage lender and got pre-qualified. Alone – I qualify for $140,000. But that’s not really enough for the market we are in and what we need for our families. We’ve been told he can be on the deed but not the loan. So here’s the question, if we got married, what would happen to our combined credit scores? Would they combine them? Would it hurt me at that point? Our combined incomes would put us where we need to be but would the banks even care?

I am assuming his credit score is not as good as yours. If you are going to use his income you must use his credit. work at trying to improve his credit score as soon as possible. They would not necessarily combine your credit but they would consider both of your credit scores. If a credit score is below 680 your interest rates and available loans will be effected greatly. Take the time to build his credit and buy a home that you both will be happy with. Depending on what caused the credit issue you can sometimes write letter of explanations, pay off debts that are collection status and many other things.
